Process principle

The reverse osmosis pure water making system is a kind of water treatment technology which is based on membrane separation. The RO reverse osmosis water treatment is to desalinate and purify the salt-containing water by a physical method without phase change at room temperature. At present, the ultra-thin composite membrane element has a salt rejection rate of ≥ 98%, and can simultaneously remove colloids, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, and the like in water.
 

Flow of technical process
  • 1. Quartz sand filter
Multilayer filter media is used. The main purpose is to remove substances such as sediment, rust, colloidal substances, and suspended solids in raw water with a particle size of 20 microns or more.

  • 2. Activated carbon filter
 The activated carbon made of coconut shell has the function of high-efficiency adsorption; greatly improves the degree of water purification; and has significant removal performance on odor, organic matter, color, colloid, iron and residual chlorine in water.

  • 3. Water Softener/dosing device: 
Using resin adsorption or adding scale inhibitor to prevent silicate, calcium and magnesium ion scaling in water and block reverse osmosis membrane.

  • 4. Precision filter
5 micron polypropylene meltblown filter element is used to further filter impurities and colloids larger than 5 microns in water to prevent clogging of the reverse osmosis membrane.

  • 5.RO/reverse osmosis
   The core component of reverse osmosis equipment. The membrane separation technology is used to remove bacteria, viruses, heavy metal ions, etc. in water to achieve pure water standards. The system has a salt rejection rate of 98% or more.
